Around The World's game play is simple, a random number
is drawn, the player decides whether the next number spun on the
wheel will be higher or lower than the random number drawn.
If the player's guess is correct, he advances to the next
level. The more correct guesses, the more is won. Guess
incorrectly, and it is a strike. Two strikes at any stage, and
your out.
